• All rounds are played using the Stableford scoring system in accordance with the Rules of Golf (R&A)
• Players must hold a valid official handicap (WHS) at the time of play
• Handicaps used will be the player’s current course handicap on the day of the round
• Scorecards submitted must be attested and approved
• Players must submit scorecards via the website/email within 48 hours of attested to be counted in the league
• Scorecards can be submitted anytime within the active league dates
• In the event of a unsubmitted scorecard within the round timeframe - zero points will be given.
• Once a scorecard has been submitted it cannot be replaced
• Any rules disputes must be raised before submitting the scorecard
• Failure to submit a score correctly may result in disqualification for that round/league
• No practice shots permitted on the course before competitive rounds
• Preferred lies / local rules apply only if officially declared by the course
• Unsportsmanlike conduct may result in penalty points or removal from the league/final
• Any suspected handicap manipulation will be reviewed by league organisers
• The league organiser’s decision is final in all disputes
• Stableford points limited to 40 max. Rounds above this will be rounded down.
In the event of a league tie:
• Countback: back 9, then last 6, last 3, last hole
• If still tied, stroke index Countback: SI1, SI2,SI3 etc
• If still tied, lowest handicap wins
• League organiser’s decision is final
